The honoured Mrs Noraini , friends and audience overall. Assalamualaikum and good morning to all audience. I also eager express best wishes in fasting to all of you, hopefully our fast blessed. Today I want discussing a pretty important subject to us that is "Managing Change" .
Developed and scientific society is vision's desire 2020 . Developed and scientific society always ready accept changing to be better. Progress also mean changed of present state to better situation. Broad-minded to get new idea and change according to objective is wanted very important.
Key change agent is education. Education and training is most important sign in human resource development over achievement of national development goals. World-standard education or `world class' will determine human success of change.
Change in education inevitable. Other time and various factors claim change in education. Change was either live fact in education. Ada external and internal factor which urged and press to making changes. Come along we see change definition follow a few researcher opinion in education field, Crazo and Yanouzas (1970) define change is one conversion pattern stable behaviour or status to one behaviour and status pattern stable another. This mean unavoidable change when the time has arrived. Pressure also can be didefnasikan a situation or internal situation or environment which required adaptation on organization. Any inclined form of pressure to raise excess effort and new activity acceptance.
Islamic religion also claiming his people is so that changed because basic policy to Islamic law and ijtihad principle the Islam that dynamic focussed to c hange, viz with react and order to making changes such as SWT Allahs decree.

“Verily Allah will not change what be at one race, until they change what be in themselves (each).” (Al Quran suratul ar ra’d: sentence 11).
From Islamic perspective also, we find out that lifelong Junjungan Nabi Muhammmad s.a.w. was centered to effort to bring changes and to change society, originated in Mecca and further erect institution change in Madinah. Islamic teachings no permit his believers overrides or ignore change, no also allows they in situation never able to face change. Based on definitions following may being concluded that “manage and manage change at school” mean how handling with orderly and perfect and make difference is wanted in a school organization a statement. Difference is wanted also must be over increase effectiveness quality school instead of on the other hand.
Agent to changes also is individual or a group of humans in organisational accountable for to implementing change.They this is is intermediary between change sponsor and participant. This group may be principal or school's principal if if change of necessity emanate from higher management. In school context, agent more converge to right assistants, subject senior teacher or committee chief subject if change required to come of internal management school.
Among role which need are played by agents of change was:
1. Understand fully alteration product of necessity or expected.
2. Committed and put accurate effort to achieve change is hoped.
3. Utilising resources professionally and effective.
4. Give feedback to sponsor on implementation development change.
5. Helps provide participant cluster to be faced change.
6. Give and constructed support to change among participant.
7. Involving participant cluster actively in planning and implementation change.

Change Participant
Change participants is individual or a group of people in which alteration product will change and enhance skills, knowledge or treatment. This group is teacher, staff non-academic, students or parent. Indeed, any form of change in sure school would involve this group because they are management function main target at school.
This group major role was:
1. Understand result or change objective is wanted.
2. Assayed need for change for realisation.
3. Use resources effectively.
4. Give feedback to sponsor and change agent.
5. Change proposed.
6. Commit in planning process and change implementation.
7. Received and adaptation change namely through study and adaptation.
Change Planning
Manage and realise change not a cinch. Change without planning is one risk because probably found failure. Change could not be done without neat planning. By said other, manage change involving planning aspects. Neat and careful planning will reduce risk of failing and more ensuring success of change. Said smart; “if we fail to plan, we plan to fail”.
There is various components should have in change planning. Nevertheless in short, planning to something change must be include explanation and description analytically matters following:
(1) Objective Statement Is Hoped
Objectives something change must be clearly stated. Objective statement also must include domain other such as result and period (time frames) which gave. Detailed statement domain that would be vital because objective will become direction member of a group action (change agent and participant), while measure achievement and period setting becoming guide member of a group to realize change. Indeed, is very hard drag individual other to engage and committed on change.
2) Role and Involvement Determination
In making planning, would be vital for sponsor change to identify individuals will be involved with implementation change. Apart from change agent and participant, sponsor should also know sure-of existence sponsor other that change. Respective which included should be determined respective role.
(3) Main Task Listing
Planning also include major tasks preparation of lists will be entrusted to agents of change. Provision main task list must in keeping with change objectives required. Each objective must be arranged following priority and determined individual (change agent) will be responsible.With other word, each agent accountable for with those tasks specific (specific accountability). Main task grant necessary based on certain characteristics such as position, post, expertise, credibility,capacity, power possession etc.
4) Determination Resources
Change planning also need regard resources be. Change sponsor should check resources to ensure each objective have the resources enough (adequately resourced) to be exercised. Change agent as a source form must ascertained have the skill and knowledge of necessity and enough to implementing change.
5) Collective Responsibility
Wrong another feature occur in planning process was accountability with. Planning to ‘change something' such as was explained in early stage should involve every strata school member of society. Individually, principal or headmaster no can possibly overcome complex problems and mutually related. Planning change for school citizen mean also planning together with them.
Inside alterations education is wide and unlimited. Each education field has ever undergo changes as fulfill claims. Change in education include curriculum areas,co-curriculum, method, teacher training, teachers' teachings process, pupil learning etc. On the whole its, found two change situation which occurred in schools. First; on will or top education, education department and office ministry district education. Second; on principal will or headmaster one one myself school. Even if anybody summon him, change always with a target stabilize prepared system there is as long as should not contradictory with policy and rule had been embodied.
Conclusion
In school context, change should be done by principal or headmaster to handle something need or pressure. Does change aimed improve present plan so that better achievement results. Change must because something effective strategy on something time not sure yet to succeed in next time.
Change is worldly life fact. Implementing change at school is being principal responsibility or headmaster. Manage change need leadership skill high. Implementing change even if seteliti which even if, doubtless have the risk certain. Each change also not permanent. Let I end with Greek thinker expression, Heraklitus :
